At Puebco, we take pride in the industrial craftsmanship of our home goods, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the recycled nature of our materials, slight variations in finish are expected and celebrated as part of the product's character.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
